標題[問片] 男主角有幻覺朋友

想請問一部蠻久以前的電影， 劇中男主角都看的到一個朋友， 但等到他老了後才發現其實那是他的幻覺，一直以來他都是在跟空氣說話。 後來他還是看的到但他選擇忽略那個朋友。 因為真的蠻久之前只記得這些片段， 請問有人知道嗎？ 感謝！！ --
