爽到上頭苦了下頭　小心麻辣鍋吃到脫肛

鼎王爆發食安風暴，但無法阻擋「麻辣鍋控」的食慾與熱情。醫師發現，天冷愛吃麻辣鍋的民眾增加，導致吃到痔瘡發作的患者也明顯增加兩成，部分患者就醫時，內痔因吃辣嚴重充血而脫出肛門外，根本無法坐下。
 
高醫胃腸及一般外科主任王照元指，天氣變冷後，常收治因吃麻辣鍋、吃到痔瘡急性發作的患者，部分患者更是在大啖麻辣鍋後，內痔脫出肛門，痛到「坐不住」，需就醫塗抹消炎藥，將其脫肛內痔先推回肛門內，再安排栓塞治療。
 
王照元指出，辛辣食物易使痔瘡組織充血，讓病況更惡化，有痔瘡宿疾患者，最好少吃辣。（吳慧芬／高雄報導）
