富商遭綁架撕票案　檢方聲押2嫌

檢警偵辦台中富商施家金撕票案昨晚逮捕共犯鄭靖達、林志維後，今天中午將2人移送台中地檢署由檢方複訊，據悉，2嫌坦承於新竹湖口交流道協助主嫌謝源信擄人，並拿包括改造手槍、刀械和三支電力高達85萬瓦的電擊棒協助壓制施男，但否認參與殺害施男參與棄屍，檢方訊後以謝嫌能再逃，且2人所犯為重罪等理由，向法院聲請羈押兩嫌。(法庭中心／台中報導）
