行動系統躍居DRAM最大市場

（中央社記者張建中新竹4日電）市調機構iSuppli預期，今年動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)位元出貨成長率將約26%，行動系統將躍居為最大應用市場。

據iSuppli統計指出，1994年至2000年DRAM位元出貨量成長率都維持在70%以上水準；2012年及2013年因標準型個人電腦出貨量減少，DRAM位元出貨量僅分別成長28%及26%。

iSuppli表示，標準型個人電腦及筆記型電腦出貨減少，將影響今年DRAM位元出貨維持低成長，預期年增率將約26%。

iSuppli預期，今年個人電腦及筆記型電腦消耗DRAM比重將降至31%，僅約2010年的一半左右；行動系統將躍居為DRAM最大應用市場。1030804
