之前桃園機場轉機經過免稅商店時自用買了一台，結果回公司被同事看到後又分兩次托買了兩台。

以上問題開始發生了，自用的這台已經送修三天才剛剛拿到手。所以自覺有一點責任想要幫同事弄好。

上網查詢發覺台灣販售的問題比較少，但是從http://www.acer.com.tw/ac/zh/TW/content/drivers
下載的更新程式 2014/05/14 D09 ITE Dock Firmware 竟然比內建的版本更早。請問有人有最新版的下載連結嗎？如何在升級前查出現有的版本，才不會升級錯誤變成降級？同事的兩台都不可能帶回台灣維修。只能在此求助。

鍵盤邊掉漆有救嗎？我已經把標簽撕掉，但是還是有傷到幾個點，老花又看不清楚是漆掉了還是黏了髒東西在上免。摸又覺得平平的。有人找到改善方法嗎？
