美眾院：沒我們同意 總統不可派兵赴伊

美聯社報導，美國眾議院25日以壓倒性多數通過一項決議，禁止歐巴馬總統在未獲國會同意的情況下，派兵赴伊拉克擔任「長期戰鬥角色」。

這項決議必須在參議院投票通過後，才能對歐巴馬總統產生約束力，且它可能引發與美國憲法中行政權需與立法權分立規定相關的爭議。

但這項決議可能象徵意義大於實質意義，因為歐巴馬已明確表示，不考慮派戰鬥部隊協助伊拉克對抗激進分子。
