〔自由時報記者陳立妍／綜合報導〕南韓偶像不好當，出道前得防簽下奴隸合約，出道後又須接受經紀公司24小時嚴格控管，宣傳期還要禁食管理身材，沒有超強的忍耐力很難辦到。

女團「Tiny-G」成員都熙在節目上爆料，經紀公司曾在宿舍玄關裝監視器，監控她們每天出門、返家的時間，順便監視成員們有沒有偷偷叫消夜吃；男團「U-KISS」成員Kevin則在16歲時簽下不合理的「10年」合約，最後他狀告前東家勝訴才重回「自由身」。

而最近發片的女團「f(x)」、「Girl’s Day」為了在螢光幕前秀好身材禁食，f(x)的Krystal透露，曾在減肥時因餓得發昏，拜託師弟「EXO」世勳幫忙偷買紫菜飯捲進公司，沒想到仍被經紀人發現；而「Girl’s Day」的珉娥在宣傳期則不吃飯、惠利也僅吃幾片餅乾果腹，讓粉絲驚呼她們已經夠瘦，再瘦下去就要變成紙片人了。
