為什麼威寶電信要關閉所有小額付款
因為有人被詐騙所以所有人都被關閉嗎
我這支手機掛名是我家長輩
但錢什麼的都還是自己再繳的
小額付款已經弄了兩三年了
突然這樣斷掉長輩也沒空幫我去申請開通
很麻煩
就一定要"本人"才可以開通歐
哀
說是保護機制但是其實很麻煩
