士林地院脫逃嫌犯　偷機車被埋伏逮捕

因案被羈押的慣竊張文忠，在4月15日被借提到士林地院開庭後，竟在回候審室途中，踹開法警跳樓脫逃；全案經台北市刑大追查後，5日清晨被埋伏員警逮捕歸案。

張嫌落網後表示，因身揹槍砲、竊盜等14件刑事案件待審，而且有兩件竊盜案又被判刑確定，估計可能最少被關10年，因此才會選擇脫逃；落網後張嫌表示，總算「不用整天提心弔膽了！」

在逃亡期間，張嫌不僅不敢回家，也不敢與親友連繫，每天過著晝伏夜出的生活；不過，過去曾逮捕張嫌的台北市刑大刑警，還是在鎖定張嫌竊取代步的機車，調閱監視器畫面後，循線將他逮捕。
