美工會串聯30國 要求速食業者加薪

美國「服務業雇員國際工會」（SEIU）等工會組織15日計畫在全球30多國舉行抗議活動，要求麥當勞等速食業者加薪，目標是時薪15美元（台幣450元）。

各國抗議活動的形式和規模不同，目的是要世人注意低薪勞工的困境，爭取社會大眾對時薪15美元的支持。

速食業者認為時薪15美元將使他們無力雇用更多人，並質疑有多少抗議者是速食業的員工，而不是工會人員或其他支持者。
