一根菸蒂揪出9年前舊案 男起訴

高雄市24歲向姓男子有案在地檢署調查，雄檢偵查時，意外發現他9年前曾潛入民宅偷越南檀香木、台灣紅豆杉木雕刻的觀音和達摩祖師像等，關鍵在他遺留的菸蒂，警方從菸蒂上採集DNA，辦案過程中交叉比對，揪出陳年舊案，依加重竊盜罪起訴他。

向姓男子向檢方辯稱，他當時才15歲，是陪同蔡姓男子前往，他只在旁邊看。檢方指出，菸蒂在房內找到，認定向姓男子有參與犯案，偵查後起訴他。
