【林金聖／台北報導】為慶祝102年雙十國慶，一年一度的「四海同心聯歡大會」下午在小巨蛋舉行，海外僑胞2時前陸續抵達會場，因總統馬英九將於3時30分抵達會場，警方為防意外發生，派出逾200名警力在小巨蛋周遭維持秩序，以防止意外發生。
