為了推動軍事審判法修法，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸今（5）日在律師陪同下，前往立法院拜會國民黨立法院黨團，洪慈庸在憶及洪仲丘及家人時哽咽落淚，「爸爸昨天終於潰堤，我不知道我身為姐姐還能幫爸爸、媽媽、弟弟做什麼？」
洪慈庸說，她希望推動修改軍事審判法，「讓以後到軍中服役的年輕小朋友不要再受到不公平對待，不要有破碎的家庭跟傷心的父母」。
洪慈庸說，洪仲丘案的偵查終結也起訴，但是「仲丘的案子在偵結跟審判過程受到很多不公平對待，偵查方向荒腔走板，證據跟供詞都串供、滅證」，因此她才希望推動修法（軍審法）。
洪仲丘在昨日舉行告別式，洪慈庸上午在立法院國民黨團哽咽落淚，「父親節的前夕，仲丘的離開，對任何父母都是最大的傷害」，「爸爸昨天終於潰堤，我不知道我身為姐姐還能幫爸爸、媽媽、弟弟做什麼，仲丘離開，我能做什麼？」
洪慈庸說，她今天拜會國民黨團，就是「請求黨部跟委員推動修法，希望後續不要再有這些遺憾的發生」。
