鐵皮屋施做?

我家1年前才蓋好鐵皮屋頂，鐵皮屋頂斜波末端一般都設有集水槽及一端並設有水管洩水。最近發現水常從集水槽沒設有水管的另一端溢出，原先以為：1.轉角處鐵皮有包但脫落2.根本就沒包3. 集水槽傾斜度錯誤水都往沒設有水管方向溢出。結果請施做師傅來看，竟然說是水管入口處有設濾網，所以堵塞，還建議另一端也設水管幫忙洩水。請問：1.一般鐵皮屋頂洩水水管有設濾網嗎？2.附近我家最高又最晚施做，何來堵塞物？3.集水槽兩側都做水管好奇怪，別家都沒有，是他的推諉還是真如此？4.如果濾網直接拿掉有何預期狀況？5.如果同意另一端也設水管，又要花多少錢？
