先從定義上來上,
莫耳體積濃度的定義為：某物質的莫耳數/1公升的溶液
ppm的定義為百萬分之一,可為體積或重量比,但在這裏是用重量比,在化工上重量比用得也比較多,後續回答都用重量比
以水溶液來說,1公升的水會有1000公克=1百萬毫克(mg)
只要溶質不要多到可以大幅改變溶液的比重的話,
要算溶液的ppm濃度的話,只要看1公升的水裏有多少毫克的溶質,
就可以符合前述的百萬分之一(ppm),(在不會改變體積只有1公升的前題下),
最後要換算莫耳體積濃度,
1.莫耳數的計算基準為公克(不是毫克),所以每公升某物質的重量要除以1000(1公克=1000毫克),所得到的答案即為每公升溶液中某物質的公克數,
2.公克數除以分子量即為莫耳數(分子量是以公克為單位)
3.以前述溶質只要不要多到可以大幅改變溶液的比重，即1百萬毫克的溶液體積仍是1公升,即可符合第2行的定義:某物質的莫耳數/1公升的溶液
最後,在經驗上,還好只要是用ppm等級計算的溶液,對比重幾乎不會有明顯的影響

Siimon Reynolds是許多公司的行銷顧問，善於幫助企業領導人解決經營與管理上的問題，他分享了一些在職場上該如何經營個人魅力的方法，一起來看看！

一、事前準備要夠深入

想提升「魅力」，第一件最重要的事情，就是要對你的工作內容有深入的、完全的了解。為何這跟魅力有關？職場上有太多聰明的人才，他們可以在商業提報中滔滔不絕，但如果在結束後多問幾個比較深入的問題，你就會發現他們只準備了基本的東西，沒有堅實的資料與知識後盾。

你應該有這樣的經驗：當你準備得夠仔細，對事情便會有自己的觀點，在說明事情或回答時自然而然會產生出一股「自信」與「熱情」。恰好「魅力」通常就是會伴隨這兩者出現。

二、問問題，而且要問對

有發現嗎？在一個會議中，經常問問題的那個人通常會成為眾人焦點（當然前提是不要問惱人的蠢問題），當你在會議裡面問了一個切中要點的好問題，你會感受到一些讚賞與肯定的目光投向你，這時你已經悄悄的開始在別人心裡建立好印象了。

好的問題一方面可以帶出好的答案、提升工作的進度，另一方面也能展現出你的能力和智慧，相較於其他人，你會比較容易成為一個團體中的意見領袖，受到他人的重視。這是許多充滿職場魅力的人共同擁有的特質。

三、說話時，別讓手閒著

肢體語言的力量是非常大的，如果你在說話時可以適當地加上手部動作，將會使對方更容易將注意力放在你身上，也可以讓你在說話時更自在，而自在的與人交談也是一種代表魅力的特徵。

下次不妨觀察一下你周遭受歡迎和不受歡迎的人講話的樣子，看看他們是如何使用肢體語言，或許也能從中學習到一些實用的技巧！

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）即將提名葉倫（Janet Yellen）為下屆美國聯邦準備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）主席的消息，仍無法完全抵銷市場對財政僵局的憂慮，加上凌晨2點，Fed將公布備受關注的9月會議記錄，美股3大指數早盤持續平盤上下震盪。

歐巴馬預計在3點公布葉倫的提名，這項消息雖然減輕美股本周來承受的走跌壓力，但市場人士認為，這項利多不會持久，投資人更關注Fed在9月例會決議推延QE（Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）減碼的理由。

IMF（International Monetary Fund，國際貨幣基金）警告，若Fed太早讓寬鬆貨幣政策退場，可能導致全球債券投資組合失血2.3兆美元（約68兆元台幣）。

（軍聞社記者方正臺北九日電）國防部長嚴明今天主持慶祝一０二年國慶暨十月份月會，提出「闡揚辛亥精神，砥礪愛國情操」、「落實依法行政，維護部隊戰力」及「戮力推動募兵，打造精銳勁旅」等要項，勉勵全軍官兵秉持追求創新、精益求精的態度，在工作上克盡職責，致力戰備整備，嚴肅軍隊紀律，贏得國人的信賴與尊敬。

　國防部月會上午在忠愛營區舉行，嚴部長除頒獎表揚績優單位及個人外，並邀請臺灣大學政治學系包宗和教授以「發揚辛亥精神，塑建優質國軍－談軍人價值典範」為題，實施專題講座，帶領官兵回顧英勇史實，體認辛亥革命的時代意義及國軍使命。

　部長表示，近期「康芮」等颱風侵襲，造成部份地區災情，各作戰區三軍部隊迅速投入防災、救援行動，協助山區民眾撤離、道路搶通，以及參與南迴鐵路復原等任務的優異表現，不但深獲肯定，也再次證明國軍是一支愛民助民、講求效率與專業的仁義之師；因此，各級部隊應精進災防應變能力，做好各項救災應急準備，不負國人期望。

　明天就是中華民國一０二年雙十國慶，部長指出，國軍官兵在迎接雙十國慶的同時，應當從砥礪軍人武德做起，效法先烈「以國家興亡為己任，置個人死生於度外」的報國熱忱，共同體認「創業維艱，守成不易」的道理，今後要更加齊心協力，承擔保衛國家安全的重任。

　部長表示，國軍由於少數幹部未能確遵「依法行政」要求，使得國軍的形象和榮譽遭受衝擊，面對挫折與考驗，國軍痛定思痛，從政策面與執行面深入檢討策進，提出包括「軍法改革」、「人權保障」等十三項革新作為，順應社會的期待，讓錯誤永遠不再發生。

　部長進一步表示，各級部隊、機關、單位應深植幹部「依法行政」的觀念，養成守法重紀習性，確實遵守法令規定，無論是生活教育、內部管理或操課訓練時，均應按「程序、步驟、要領」執行，並貫徹「一級督導一級」的要求，才能達到「部隊安全、官兵安心、眷屬放心、國人有信心」的目標，以厚植國軍精實戰力。

　部長強調，國軍現階段正推動「募兵制」，這是我國兵役制度的重大轉型，也是世界先進國家建軍趨勢，近期依據現況縝密評估，調整募兵制「常備部隊以志願役人力擔任」的目標時間，延至民國一０五年底完成，期間將徵集八十二年次以前部份義務役役男入營服常備役約六萬多人，以滿足國軍遂行戰備演訓、緊急應變及災害防救等任務。

　部長指出，為確保國防安全及國家長遠發展，在推動「募兵制」政策上，國防部必須採取各種有效、積極的作為，從「留營」和「招募」兩方面雙管齊下，積極與各部會協調，爭取逐次、分段調整志願役勤務加給，並透過「募兵」與「全民國防教育」宣導，使國人瞭解國防建設的重要性，以吸引優質青年加入國軍，捍衛國家安全。

　部長說，依據已退役志願人員不續留的訪問資料，大多為工作任務過多、無法正常休假及勞役不均等因素，為鼓勵志願役同仁服務戰鬥部隊，將研擬增設「戰鬥部隊加給」及「留營慰助金」等配套措施，同時也在有計畫、有步驟的改善部隊內部管理、生活設施、訓練模式、進修管道、醫療與軍眷照顧、服務，營造愉悅的工作環境，爭取在營的志願役優秀官兵續服，以維繫部隊整體戰力。

　部長最後期許國軍人員，必須建立起「維護軍譽、人人有責」的觀念，厲行營內、外軍紀安全要求，精進部隊管理效能，發揮「先知預警」的機制功能，達成「軍紀安全零傷害」的目標。

6大工商團體龍頭憂心國內政治鬥爭影響國內經濟，9日到行政院向行政院長江宜樺提出召開國是會議等訴求。不過，江宜樺並未承諾召開國是會議。

江揆回應時表示，行政院絕對關心國家安定、民生福祉，對當前的經濟與非經濟因素，當然都感同身受，也會密切注意。江揆並請工商界放心，儘管行政院長一直未上台施政報告，但行政院目前政務照推，並未懈怠政務。

另外，工商界關心的服貿議題、台紐經貿協議等，在立法院還未核備，及美國國會舉債上限是否修正，可能衝擊世界各大經濟體、大陸的經濟在趨緩、台灣的出口又降低等，江揆說，行政院一定會密切注意，並謙虛聽取各界意見。
