小弟有疑問所以上來請教各位大大
前陣子老爸把一間已繳完房貸價值600萬的房子過戶給我們兩兄弟所以是共同持有
我大哥20歲我明年滿18歲
有幾個問題想瞭解一下
我想說在我滿18時要把房子賣掉拿回一半的錢
但是1.我的大哥不肯賣掉2.目前房屋還有租客簽著合約在住 3.法定成年人年齡為20 我才18而已
如果這些問題無法解決那麼還有什麼其他途徑管道能夠處理呢?
