原為國民黨籍的新竹縣前縣長鄭永金脫黨參選，挑戰尋求連任的現任縣長邱鏡淳，藍營內部分裂對打。民進黨中常會今天決議，新竹縣長選舉不提名，改為支持鄭永金參選。

民進黨發言人黃帝穎說，花蓮縣、金門縣與連江縣是民進黨的艱困選區，民進黨中常會決議不提名。

此外黃帝穎表示，從下周起一連三週，民進黨將到南投、嘉義、新竹等地舉辦行動中常會，拉抬地方選情。
