中華民國駐巴拉圭大使劉德立19日晚（當地時間）款宴新任國立亞松森大學校長裴拉塔等敘舊談新，氣氛熱烈溫馨。

裴拉塔（Froilan Enrique Peralta）是亞大首位獸醫學院院長膺任校長，23年院長任內成效斐然有口皆碑，劉德立推崇未來5年亞大校務由他領導必定蒸蒸日上，並感謝因他全力配合下，台灣技術團先後與亞大合作計畫成果豐碩。

裴拉塔則衷心感謝中華民國政府，並允未來與大使館共同攜手為增進巴國經濟發展所需人才培訓而努力。

亞松森大學學術地位崇高，是培育巴國政治領袖及各界菁英的搖籃。(中央社)
