張德正恐嚇前妻 二審不給緩刑

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北28日電）男子張德正被控恐嚇前妻案，一審簡易判決時，張獲緩刑，台北地院合議庭今天依8個恐嚇危害安全罪判刑7月，得以新台幣21萬元易科罰金定讞。

張德正被控在民國100年12月到隔年7月傳簡訊、發傳單恐嚇前妻，台北地院簡易判決去年5月間依恐嚇罪判刑8月，緩刑4年。檢察官提起上訴，由台北地院合議庭審理。

法院開庭時，張德正承認恐嚇，但聲稱與前妻官司判決是司法不公，所以才開車衝撞總統府「以死明志」。前妻聲淚俱下表示，張德正曾嗆聲「我現在開聯結車，等我開油罐車妳就完蛋了」，讓她極度恐懼，希望法官能撤銷緩刑、重判。張男答應要付賠償金25萬元，至今卻只付了4萬元。

台北地院合議庭上午依8個恐嚇危害安全罪判處7月徒刑，得以21萬元易科罰金，全案確定，張德正並未出庭聆判。1030428
