上下班極為擁擠,非常容易塞車,且說真的,房價無法提升.增值能力不佳,適合退休人士或非正常上下班人士居住,我弟弟也還住在淡水,但他是室內設計師,上班時間自由,所以OK,我也曾買過淡水房在漁人碼頭那邊,假日非常寫意,買時28萬,住了5年,賣時13萬,現在輕軌已經似要開工,看是否對交通或房價有無好些
