台網速全球第12　仍輸日韓

網際網路測速公司Ookla近日實測全球一百九十國家及地區的寬頻網路上網速度，香港以77Mbps下載網速高居全球第一，是全球網路最快國家，新加坡第二，南韓第四，日本第九，台灣平均下載網速40.14Mbps，全球排名第十二，網速比以前稍快。

Ookla是根據最近三十天全球數百萬網友在測試連網速度網站（speedtest.net）的測試結果，算出各國寬頻及行動網路實際上傳及下載速度，但未必能反映出各國網路品質，使用者可能考慮到上網資費，屈就比較慢、頻寬較小的網路方案。

據Ookla測試結果，台灣寬頻網路下載速度為40.14Mbps（換算每秒約可下載5MB資料），上傳速度為13Mbps，行動網路下載速度為6.6Mbps，上傳為1.5Mbps。網速最快的業者為台灣大寬頻聯禾數位有線電視的89.01Mbps，凱擘大寬頻51.21Mbps第二，台灣固網49.08Mbps第三，中華電信43.42Mbps第六。（陳怡妏／綜合外電報導）
