馬桶會噴水，一定要敲馬桶嗎？

我住在大樓的三樓，二樓是另外的管線
這一陣子樓上沖水，我馬桶偶而會冒泡，嚴重時還會噴水
懷疑是公用管線有堵塞，所以若樓上大量沖水，管線來不及消化，就回衝到我這邊

有問過建商的水電，他說要把我的馬桶敲起來往下通比較好

想請問有其他通管線的方式嗎？是否一定要敲我的馬桶呢？
因為我是toto的馬桶，怕被敲壞了 ><
