塞爆啦！　到宜蘭走雪隧慢到要抓狂了

今天適逢大年初一，天氣晴朗，許多車輛湧上高速公路，其中國道3號轉接國道5號雪隧前的路端，通通塞爆！車速只有20公里以下，讓返鄉、或出遊的民眾塞在車陣內，警方也呼籲駕駛人遇到塞車時要有耐心，遵守交通規則勿任意插隊，以免發生車禍意外。（林金聖／新北報導）
