法國小跑車　當選歐洲最佳球員

【陳雍仁／綜合報導】今馬刺與公鹿之戰，賽前馬刺當家控衛「法國小跑車」帕克(Tony Parker)收到1份大禮：2013年歐洲年度最佳球員。這已是帕克自2007年後生涯第2次獲此殊榮。

去年帕克確實風光，他帶領法國國家隊在歐錦賽奪冠，自己也獲選賽事MVP(Most Valuable Player，最有價值球員)，他在上季NBA也助馬刺打進總冠軍賽。
