標題[討論] 想請教大家關於訂金的問題

禮拜四原PO去向店家買一台電腦 店家回報現在沒貨要調 預付了$3000訂金 後來因為私人原因（突然有一台新電腦） 禮拜六打給店家說想要取消 店家說除了訂金沒說還要付電腦價錢的5%錢 有點想哭>
