今天(27日)寒流影響，各地溫度偏低，清晨在台南以北及宜蘭地區低溫都只有10至12度，而氣象局目前也持續發佈低溫特報，從今天起至週日(29日)，台南以北、宜蘭沿海空曠地區及金門、馬祖清晨及夜間都易出現攝氏10度以下的低溫，南部跟花東低溫也會在12度到14度之間，而北台灣今天白天高溫也大約只有12、13度，感覺上一整天都是偏寒冷的天氣。

農漁養殖業請嚴防寒害；民眾也請注意保暖；使用瓦斯熱水器具應注意室內通風，以免一氧化碳中毒。

至於降雨方面，今天降雨會稍微緩和，只有在迎風面東半部地區有短暫雨，北部地區及中南部山區有零星短暫雨。

另外，還要提醒大家，由於東北風較強，沿海、空曠地區及各外島易有8至10級的強陣風，台灣附近各海域風大浪高，若要前往海邊活動請務必注意安全。
