iPhone綁約價違法　綠委盼公平會堅守立場

【林修卉╱台北報導】蘋果亞洲公司限制我國電信業者iPhone綁約價格，公平會今以違反《公平交易法》第18條，開罰2千萬元，並要求立即停止違法行為。當時在立法院提案要求調查的民進黨立委高志鵬今下午發布新聞稿表示，公平會積極調查的努力值得肯定，但是未來廠商可能會提出行政救濟相關作為，公平會應該要有所準備和因應，要堅守立場，這樣才能確保市場秩序和消費者權益。

高志鵬強調，公平會應該據理力爭，不能讓蘋果亞洲公司限制國內電信事業的綁約手機價格這個案子雷聲大、雨點小，未來廠商可能會採取行政救濟作為，公平會應該要先做好準備，希望這個案子的調查結果和裁罰不會被撤銷。
