監察院今日上午進行102年巡察行政院會議，代表監委林鉅鋃致詞時批評，行政機關辦理業務所依據法律規定，與當前社會環境顯有脫節，即使依法行政，還是引起諸多民怨。希望行政院盡速檢討、修訂法規，以符合時勢所需。

他指出，監察102年度調查報告，建議修訂78項法規，但行政部門目前僅完成19項，59項還在檢討中，希望江揆督促相關部會，積極推動修法。
