大陸冷氣團影響至周六　北部東北部濕又冷

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，該波大陸冷氣團影響較久，濕冷天氣預期將到周六，北部、東北部冷風颼颼細雨紛飛，氣溫偏低，今晨平地最低溫為新竹11.9℃。

氣象局表示，中南部今天白天陽光可望露臉，高溫小幅回升，中南部及花東高溫約可以達20℃，但北部及東北部地區整天濕冷，高溫僅15到16℃。基隆北海岸、恆春半島、花蓮地區及桃園以北山區、宜蘭山區有局部大雨發生的機率，連日降雨，請注意坍方及落石。強烈東北風影響，台灣沿海空曠地區、恆春半島及蘭嶼、綠島、澎湖、金門及馬祖地區有8至10級強陣風出現。
