今淡水9.5度　今起至明晨低溫恐10度以下

【張勵德／台北報導】受到寒流及輻射冷卻雙重影響，今天凌晨淡水出現攝氏9.5度低溫，嘉義及板橋低溫分別只有攝氏9.6度及9.9度，均是今年入冬以來最低溫。中央氣象局上午持續發布低溫特報，今起至明天清晨受到寒流影響，台南以北、東北部沿海空曠地區及馬祖、金門，在夜間及清晨將出現攝氏10度以下低溫，提醒農漁養殖業者嚴防寒害，民眾要做好防寒準備。

氣象局表示，由於這波冷空氣較為乾冷，今天只有花東地區有零星短暫陣雨，其他地區都維持多雲到晴。這波寒流預計明天白天起逐漸減弱，屆時各地高溫將緩步回升。

另外，受到強烈東北季風影響，今天台灣沿海空曠地區及各外島容易出現8到9級強陣風，請民眾前往海邊活動注意安全。
