林克穎落網 台英個案互助首例

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北20日電）外交部發言人高安今天表示，外交部在英商林克穎潛逃後，透過駐外館處積極聯繫，協助法務部與英國檢方建立司法互助安排。

涉外人士指出，這是英國檢察機關與法務部在個案上首度合作的案例。

英商林克穎酒駕撞死送報生判刑確定後潛逃出境，法務部表示，林克穎日前在英國落網，英國法院進行聽證程序，政府盼能引渡回台。

高安下午受訪表示，林克穎潛逃後，外交部透過所有駐外館處積極協調聯繫，駐英代表處也跟相關機關保持聯絡，並協助法務部跟英國檢察機關，就此案建立司法互助的安排。

高安表示，英國警方據以在10月17日在英國拘補林克穎，目前還在進行相關程序。對於林克穎是否能引渡回台，高安說，將由主政的法務部進行說明。1021120
