性感的尹馨為《GQ》雜誌11月號封面再度解放，利用皮草稍遮重要部位，展現胸器和美臀，因此在拍攝時只能貼胸貼和穿著超細丁字褲：「很久沒拍性感照有點緊張，事前想很久還開會討論，原本要營造偷窺氛圍，但後來取消，反正之後還有機會，不會排斥裸露。」
尹馨從小各方面表現優異，沒遇過什麼重大挫折，當年因受到村上春樹書的影響，決定拍寫真集《悔過書》，成了人生中跌的最重的一跤，「大家並沒有花時間認識我，卻很快地評價了我，每天去學校的路上都很痛苦，撐到大四真的受不了，只好休學。」最後還得了憂鬱症。進入演藝圈的尹馨，後來陸續嘗試過電視、廣播節目主持、演戲多方面發展，星途仍不順，她一度考慮嫁人。

曾因為寫真集讓尹馨飽受異樣眼光，進入演藝圈後仍一口答應接下蔡明亮和李康生的電影《幫幫我愛神》裡檳榔西施一角，劇中大量遊走尺度邊緣的畫面，她透露電影中有一場蔡明亮要她全裸，但是劇本裡沒有，她不肯脫還搬出爸媽當擋箭牌，蔡明亮對她說：「妳明明就是一個沒有身體底限的人，為什麼要假裝跟我拉扯？」她說：「我嚇死了，因為他徹底看穿我。」

尹馨今年拿下台北電影獎最佳女配角獎，接連入圍首爾電視節最佳女演員、金鐘獎迷你劇集電視電影女主角獎，正在尋找適合的經紀人，想辦法打入主流市場，之後計劃再推出寫真集。
