衛福部：賣場對可疑油品可自行下架

【蔡明樺／台北報導】混油讓民眾食不安心，針對衛福部比對確認成分不純的油品，但各地衛生局尚未發出公文要求下架的油品清單，賣場究竟該不該先下架？衛福部食品藥物管理署區管中心主任馮潤蘭說，公文流程需要時間，與該署公告訊息有時間差，業者對於可疑油品及該署已公告的混油產品，基於保護消費者食用安全，在未收到衛生局公文前可自行先下架。

食藥署11月1日起啟動「油安行動」，稽查全台賣場油品是否標示不實，稽查過程中有業者向地方衛生局反映，是否為11月起生產的油品才有標示不實的稽查問題，油安行動是否不溯及既往？衛福部次長許銘能強調，所有油品都應正確標示，不因油安行動而有改變，只要標示不實就下架，全部溯及既往，業者勿心存僥倖，若涉摻偽、假冒，依《食品衛生管理法》最重罰1500萬元。
