如何躲過追朔期15年?

認識一個朋友,她以前因為曾欠銀行約1-200萬,目前也8-9年沒足夠能力還,也乾脆不處理了...但目前她有工作只是不穩定,但最近被某一家銀行查到,準備要扣3分1了,也不打算協商了!

想請教一下~ 如果在這15年期間,只要被查到薪資轉帳就會被扣到薪水的情況下,如果到了第15年假設她依然有固定公司工作的情況下,是不是除了會被扣3分之1外,第16年起還是會繼續扣呢??? 當然前題是完全不管銀行他們了,也不協商了,要扣就扣吧!
另外~ 假設她工作到了第15年時失業了,當然這一年銀行也扣不到了,因為離職了嘛.... 然後第16年開始在重新開始有薪資轉帳的工作,這個時候呢...銀行還能扣她錢嗎

第三~ 第16年開始,要怎麼去查去確定是不是已經過了追朔期?

第四~ 這段期間若是出國旅遊的話,會被扣下來嗎?

第五~過了追朔期後可以重新辦信用卡嗎,名下可以開始有不動產或財產嗎?
