請問羅技Z906音源輸出問題

我Z906還買不到一年，可是最近喇叭輸出都沒聲音，他底下3D、4.1、2.1沒一個燈會亮的，不過我插上耳機孔，他確實是好的，聲音我是接光纖輸出的，但是電視沒聲，連電腦接的另一端也沒聲音，不知有沒有人遇過，想說要怎麼解決，還是只能送修了，可是又只能打一般上班時段的電話，超麻煩的
