【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】亞馬遜（Amazon）在美國推最新平板電腦「Kindle Fire HDX」不到一個月，英國16日開始接受預訂，最快在11月銷售。

為吸引家長購買，Kindle同時推出「FreeTime」功能，讓家長可控制子女app下載內容和平板電腦使用時間，一旦超過時間上限，便有訊息彈出，提示小孩要停止玩遊戲或使用平板。家長也可透過設定密碼，關閉app內廣告和設定下載主題，限制子女下載不良資訊和胡亂購買。
