【林巧雁／台北報導】台幣午盤暫收29.418元，升值2.7分，台北外匯成交量5.09億元。外匯交易員說，台幣早盤升值較多，主要因為擔憂美債違約，海外人民幣昨天已升值到6.1元人民幣兌1美元，今天早上繼續升，官方匯率也升到6.1408元人民幣。韓元也升值，台幣跟漲，不過10點半之後開始有實質美元買盤進來，縮小台幣升值幅度。
