遭判侵權賠償 威盛：上訴中

IC設計廠威盛遭美商OPTi控告侵權案，美國法院判決威盛應賠償308萬餘美元。威盛表示，已委請律師向法院申請上訴中。

OPTi於民國99年7月向美國德州東區聯邦法院控告威盛子公司VIA Technologies南橋晶片侵犯其2件美國專利；OPTi於101年3月再向法院控告威盛侵權。

威盛表示，美國德州東區聯邦法院判決威盛及VIATechnologies應賠償OPTi損害及利息共308萬餘美元。

威盛指出，全案已委請律師依程序向法院申請上訴中。
