請問各位大大，TP-LINK的TL-WR700N該如何使用?

因為本人是個大學生，在外租間套房住，而小弟我沒錢買電腦或筆電，只能用手機上網，想說用手機連wi-fi，跑去買了TP-LINK的TL-WR700N，照上面的說明把路由器差上插頭連接網路線，可是手機連接wi-fi一直顯示尋找ip，都無法連接成功，我想是不是我套房裡網路的問題，因為我的套房裡的網路要輸入帳號和密碼，是不是我使用錯誤，請各位大大教我正確的使用的方法，感恩
