憲法133實踐聯盟今（14）日將舉行成立記者會，同時推動罷免馬家立委活動，目前微中風正在醫院調養的作家馮光遠，特地向醫生請了2個小時假，出席這場記者會擔任主持工作。
逢光遠昨日在個人臉書上表示，自己大膽地問了醫師兩個問題。第一個是能不能喝黑咖啡？結果被斷然拒絕，同時警告三個月之內不要喝咖啡。
接著他又詢問醫生，可不可以請兩個小時的假？也許是第一個問題已經被拒絕了，馮光遠認為醫生不好意思連續否決他兩個問題，於是給了他兩小時的放封。
馮光遠說，自己將主持一個在微中風前就已決定召開的記者會。名稱為「憲法133實踐聯盟成立記者會」。主要推動的內容，就是希望藉著實踐憲法第133條賦予人民的權利，罷免那些屈從馬意、違反民意的國會議員。
馮光遠說，台灣近些年在馬英九主政之下，諸多拂逆民意的事件，此起彼落，如果人民僅是每四年實踐一次選舉的權利，而忽略了憲法賦予我們罷免的權利，違反民意的國會議員，將完全不把選民放在眼中。因此，為了讓政客必須正視民意，行使罷免權，便成了必要的手段。
馮光遠最後打趣的說，在兩個小時的假滿之後，自己將回到醫院，乖乖地躺在病床上，針來伸手，藥來張口。
