何江忠否認加速體檢　否則願被羈押

【石明啟／桃園報導】軍檢抗告，高等軍事法院重開羈押庭，副旅長何江忠穿著軍服應訊，媒體報導他和269旅副旅長黃天任熟識，並協助加速洪仲丘的體驗報考一事，何江忠說，媒體報導落差很大，他從沒和黃天任學長在外吃飯，根本談不上交往.，若有媒體可以舉證，他與太太和黃天任夫妻一起用餐，現在就接受羈押。
 
何江忠聲明， 7月25~27日三天，他都在國防部聯演中心實施兵棋推演參摩訓練，只有27日當天，黃天任的車子被聯訓基地張姓上校使用，27 日當天才會和他併車。
