標題[問題] 南部的國外業務薪資

各位好, 國外業務感覺越來越廉價了, 很多公司似乎是不給業績獎金的, 所以無論做多做少, 都是領固定薪. 所以想請問一下, 如果在南部,若工作經驗有三年, 薪資可以開多少? 以我為例,三年前我待的一間五金製造商, 我做了一年多,原本有新客開發獎金, 後來被取消掉,只有領固定薪, 含勞健保大概29k. 現在我待的這間貿易商快兩年了, 主要是做新客開發, 公司沒有把原有的客人撥給我, 雖然有業績獎金, 但去年一整年獎金還不到三萬.(去年我賣的數量大概250噸左右), 年終大概一個月. 最後看了扣繳憑單,有點悲從中來的感覺. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 60.249.184.208
