民進黨第二場華山會議將在25日（周四）下午舉行，討論主題為「如何處理九二共識」，由前國安會祕書長邱義仁主持，並邀請前國安會祕書長蘇起、前陸委會主委陳明通等人進行引言。
民進黨中國事務部主任洪財隆表示，由於台灣朝野對於兩岸之間是否存在「九二共識」？「九二共識」是否等於「一中各表」？沒有「九二共識」兩岸能否順利交流？及「九二共識」在選舉中到底發揮什麼作用？民進黨該如何面對及處理「九二共識」等問題上，一直存在著極大的觀點與認知上的差異。
洪財隆指出，兩位前國安會祕書長邱義仁及蘇起同台出席，一為主持人、一為引言人，1992年實際參與香港會談的前海基會秘書長陳榮傑，以及熟悉兩岸事務的陳明通、前民進黨立委沈富雄也受邀擔任引言人，將讓這場對華山會議備受矚目。
