瑞士航空機票退票疑問（向玉山票務購買）

請教大家

我本持有機票7243218043729 19FEB13TPE（臺北-斯洛維尼亞來回）
因為在香港段遺失護照，並沒有成行（我已搭乘臺北-香港段）

回台後詢問機票購買處「玉山票務」，表示不能轉讓、退票
因此付了四千多將機票更改為7243598605667/68
（換言之，我變成被迫要去一趟歐洲）

但當初前往歐洲是因為有任務在身，如今事過境遷
因此想詢問這張票是否能退？

（我想不出任何理由這張票不能退--我尚未搭乘香港-瑞士-斯洛維尼亞-瑞士-香港-臺北等5航段）

其他資訊：
我的艙等是V 艙
給我的須知範本是不能退票（但這合乎公平原則嗎？）

是否有理解機票運作的人可以解答？
