自從新北市宣布要消防局「打破責任醫院的迷思」，讓「119大車隊」提供最便民的服務，想送哪裡就送哪裡。

這樣的措施大受好評，所以在短短幾天之內台中市也計畫跟進。

「指定醫院，使命必達」這樣的做法乍聽之下是造福人民，也是政客最愛的把戲。

不過當救護車需要駛出責任區，將病患送往較遠的醫院時，出勤的時間就會大大延長；相對的就會出現有人需要救護車卻無車可派的窘境，這是相當淺顯的道理。

政客端出「指定醫院」的支票，讓選民感覺自己可以「撈到好處」，卻沒有想到可能根本會「叫不到車」。

政客的話術，讓大家都相信自己會是因為「指定醫院」而受惠的人。

不過，就好像是買樂透彩，大家都相信自己會是幸運得主，但是在開獎之後就會發現大多數人是槓龜收場。

「不會那麼衰啦！怎麼可能叫不到車？！」

叫不到車的機會究竟有多大呢？讓咱們來瞧瞧。

台灣的消防人力一直處在相當吃緊的狀況，除了打火、救護，還要抓蛇、捕蜂、消防安檢，甚至還要開雲梯車幫忘記帶鑰匙的人開鎖。

【林海全╱台中報導】為釐清洪仲丘死因，洪仲丘舅舅胡世和、姊姊洪慈庸昨天在律師陪同下，上午九時許進入269旅禁閉室進行現場重建模擬至傍晚五時許結束，晚間七時返回到家，兩人看起來略顯疲態，針對模擬情形，家屬認為對案情沒有幫助，「好像照著故事演戲讓檢察官筆錄。」

洪慈庸無奈的說， 上次抱著滿心期待去看監視器畫面，希望釐清案情，找出任何對仲丘有幫助的證據，但卻沒看到什麼東西，因此，這次北上模擬重建禁閉室，只帶著「配合的角度」前往，沒有預期會得到什麼更突破答案。

洪慈庸指出，之前有參與禁閉生、戒護士製作筆錄，知道當時他們的說法，因此，昨天的模擬，花了很多時間，果真沒有得到想要的東西，「我相信模擬的和當時的筆錄出入不大，因為可能不是一個真實的真相。」

針對模擬禁閉室過程，胡世和認為有許多疑點，他說，包括班長、醫官、禁閉生每個證人，大家都講對他們自己有利的部份，但每個人講得都很混亂、很片段，而且都不一樣，對家屬來講根本沒有還原。

胡世和質疑，仲丘倒地到送出營區，過程是41分鐘，但每個人講的話，時間點卻兜不起來，「我們覺得模擬有點虛構，因為每個禁閉生講話都很惶恐，軍檢球員兼裁判，似乎還引導他們說話，這部份我有提出抗議，過程好像一套故事，給檢察官做筆錄。」

【綜合報導】美國加州聖地牙哥市，在昨日早上發生一名男子開車墜落12公尺高的海崖，但幸好大難不死，最後被消防隊救上岸。

據了解，當天清晨5點45分左右，有民眾通報消防局指出有駕駛墜落海崖，救難人員立即前往救援。消防員發現墜崖的車子後，立刻將駕駛救出，幸好駕駛未受重傷，不過警方指出，這名駕駛有酒醉跡象，疑似是喝醉酒，不小心認錯路而連人帶車墜崖。

【綜合報導】國務院女發言人莎琪昨（28日）表示，已延宕近3年的中東和平談判，29日起將於美國華府正式赴談。以色列將由司法部長李夫尼（Tzipi Livni）與首席談判代表莫喬（Yitzhak Molcho）出席，巴勒斯坦也將派出首席談判代表艾瑞卡（Saeb Erekat）。

3年前因以色列拒絕凍結在巴勒斯坦領土的屯墾村興建，以巴和談從2010年9月便停滯不前。在美國國務卿凱瑞（John Kerry）的穿梭邀約之下，雙方終於點頭願意坐下來磋商具體程序，重啟有關最終地位的談判。

【陳如嬌╱台北報導】高鐵公司首度推出「少年優惠專案」，即起至9月1日，12歲至未滿19歲旅客搭乘高鐵指定車次，最低可享半價優惠。以一家4口、家中2個小孩正好就讀國中及高中為例，全家搭高鐵往返台北—高雄現省近3000元。高鐵考量現行6歲至12歲小孩搭高鐵有5折優惠，也針對大學生推5折至7折的優惠方案，唯獨12歲至未滿19歲的國、高中生沒有相關優惠，因此試辦「少年優惠專案」，再視反應評估是否持續。

「少年優惠專案」每周共有249班適用車次；其中5折車次有91班，7折車次有158班，天天都有優惠。符合條件的旅客在活動期間憑身分證或健保卡等有效證件，在車站售票窗口購票即可享優惠票價。乘車也需攜帶有效證件以備查驗。
