【王中聖／金門報導】立法院內政委員會江啟臣、吳育昇，今日在同黨金門籍立委楊應雄陪同下，至金門考察小三通業務以及雷區土地歸還等問題，金寧鄉南山村民攜帶陳情書當面向立委說明，早年土地遭國軍佔用佈雷，導致產權無法登記，同時有許多爭議土地均位於國家公園範圍內，更加深處理難度。江啟臣允諾將把民眾意見帶回研擬修法空間，希望能協助解決這樁「陳年舊案」。

江啟臣等立委實地勘查的土地就位於知名景點慈湖旁，發生爭議的土地據地政局資料顯示約有20公頃，數百年來都是南山村民耕作農忙的地方，但1949年後國軍進駐後，就以軍事為由遍佈地雷，導致1952年土地重新登記時「沒有人敢進雷區登記」，才引發後續的紛爭，類似的爭議在近年來層出不窮，幾乎金門各鄉鎮都有。

週六畢德歐夫前往台大公館商圈，與團隊成員Anson一起討論美股產業的分類走向，經過知名的青蛙撞奶店，赫然發現已經不是人龍最長的店家，取而代之的是最近火紅的「翡翠檸檬」，排隊人龍超過50人，不停聽到店員向客人說：「建議黃金比例最好喝喔！」

Anson電話響起，幾分鐘結束通話後，畢德歐夫拿著結完帳的發票邊問：「剛剛聽你電話講什麼黃金跌不跌的，是你朋友嗎？」

Anson苦笑說：「一個長輩問說黃金可以買了嗎？他覺得現在的價格夠便宜，應該是低點了吧！之前買的套住，最近想進場攤平。」

畢德歐夫回應：「最近黃金的下跌確實很容易讓人聯想是不是可以撿便宜，但是一低還有一低低啊！」

長輩買黃金的問題，和眼前一窩蜂買飲料的現象，似乎可以找出某種關係...

黃金乃是戰亂之財，當通貨膨脹物價大幅上漲，黃金與房地產算是保值性最高的東西（尤其是人們不相信貨幣的時候）。發生真正戰亂的時候，你縱然擁有一間千萬台北市房產，也無法帶走，但是你卻能帶走價值1千萬的黃金現貨。

按照台北金飾店、銀樓公告最新的牌價，購買一錢黃金新台幣4,990元。1兩等於10錢，所以1兩約價值約5萬元。

所以持有大概十元硬幣大小的黃金條塊，40個就是1,000萬了。要逃難，確實比帶不走的房產好用的多。不過別忘記，在和平時期黃金只不過是裝飾品或炒作的工具罷了...

讓我們先回到今年四月，黃金出現近14%跌幅的時間點；現在過了三個多月，我們再回頭看看這隻熊是否已經跑掉，或是越走越近呢？

【綜合報導】河北一女士寧培娜今年5月7日生出3腿畸形嬰兒，女嬰出生時臀部有拳頭大小的腫包，其後竟慢慢變成一條腿。

由於家貧沒錢做手術，女兒兩個多月時，寧培娜和丈夫一度將她遺棄在孤兒院門口，但回家後二人寢食難安，最終折返將孩子接回家中。

上周，在慈善機構的幫助下，3個月大的小女嬰已被送到北京接受專家診治。寧培娜哭着說：「寶寶的名字叫佳倩，就是家裡欠她的意思。我知道我已經錯了一次，這次砸鍋賣鐵也要給孩子治病。」
