【綜合報導】28歲的張睿家曾演電影《盛夏光年》成同志偶像，3年前飲食重口味，180公分胖到83公斤，出席活動被誤認為新人，大受打擊，之後每周6天激烈運動操肌，終於瘦下一圈，近2年皆維持在73公斤，並hold住胸肌加6塊肌不再走樣。

張睿家除了運動，還靠「零調味飲食法」瘦身，例如早餐吃3片五穀麵包加堅果，再配1根香蕉，中午1塊去皮水煮雞胸肉，1碗水煮花椰菜，加1碗白飯，他坦言這吃法很痛苦，每3個月讓自己放鬆1周，1周能正常吃，不過也是不加任何調味料。

【綜合報導】敘利亞上周發生毒氣攻擊事件，英、法宣稱敘利亞政府使用化學武器的罪證確鑿，國際應考慮動武，美國對是否干預仍顯猶豫，但已調派艦隊逼近敘國周邊海域。

無國界醫生組織表示，在敘國收治3600名出現神經毒素症狀的病患，其中355人死亡。歐巴馬前天召開國安會議商討因應對策。一名官員透露，美方掌握的情資顯示敘政府的確用化武攻擊平民。美軍艦隊正部署到地中海，一旦要發動攻勢就可出擊。敘利亞則警告美軍要介入內戰必須三思，敘利亞資訊部長佐阿比說：「美國的軍事介入將造成嚴重後果，會變成吞噬中東的大火球。」

香港林老師這一課

林慧思老師英文粗口事件餘波未了，林老師所屬小學校董會二十一日發表聲明，不提林老師路見不平拔刀相助，警方偏袒之事，只強調講粗口不對，處分林老師，圖結束事件。而港共及中聯辦不讓事情結束，反映他們正有系統地「藉道德之名，將香港變成一個封閉保守、害怕權威的超穩定工奴社會」。

這個策略，可分為兩層面：一，將高官、權貴及上層社會人士宣揚成普通人，只有一般道德標準，會犯錯，有錯要包容。二，要求普通市民做聖人，要有聖人的道德標準，不能犯錯。犯點錯會被輿論聲討，反對政府者或會被判殺一警百的刑期。

在香港，道德自幼教導是好東西，泛道德主義當道，加上不少中產「和理非非」（和平，理性，非暴力，非粗口之簡稱），不管公權力已不守道義及規則，繼續「和理非非」抗議，等待俠士打救，所以藉道德之名行事比二十三條更易得手，又無損中產的專業操守及付出，香港國際金融中心地位如常運作。打破常理，又何樂而不為呢！

林老師路見不平，拍賣警方偏袒的身教，履行了師道，可惜據在下所見，不少老師同袍實不支持林老師，認為老師講粗口就是不對，更看不到港共背後的陰謀。一位老師在公餘時間的行為被土共、衛道之士強烈攻擊，被警方重案組調查；但衛道之士對親建制大律師在議會公聽會內用粗口辱罵反對派議員，視若無睹，足證粗口根本只是藉口。

如最終林老師被迫辭職，甚至因公權力壓迫，要到美國駐港總領事館尋求庇護，釀成國際醜聞，日後公權力公然在公眾場所打壓異己，乃是今天所種的共業，不要怪誰。道貌岸然但蛇蠍心腸是否社會之福，相信以台灣人民及老師的政治知識，自有答案。

網路很多資料都說 淡江電機學次48級就可以進去
但其實 淡江學生都知道
將電機分成三組
電機工程電機與系統組 是最好的
本屆最低分 是57級
但...為什麼淡江電機就因為其他組也較電機
48就能進來而被貶低呢???
明明同學都是58進來的 網路數據 就寫48....
我猜測是因為其他兩組的分數較低 但實在對電機與系統組 不是很公平

毒物權威林杰樑今天舉辦公祭，政府官員、醫界均到場致意，行政院並追發第三等功績獎章，感念他對台灣社會的貢獻。

衛生福利部長邱文達代表行政院追發獎章給林杰樑，邱文達表示，林醫師畢生奉獻醫界，照顧腎臟病患者及毒物學研究都很有貢獻，並熱善好施、關懷弱勢，不但下鄉義診，也很照顧家境困難學生，更多次參與食品安全的專家會議，提供建言，深入淺出地替民眾講解衛教資訊。

台北市長郝龍斌也到場頒發獎章，他表示，林杰樑是俠醫，且熱心公益，因為了解消防局打火弟兄常出生入死，在今年七月時捐贈北市消防局救命器。他不只是良醫、俠醫更是好市民。

【綜合報導】豬哥亮主演的《大尾鱸鰻》無緣金馬獎，導演邱瓈寬(寬姊)火大以「自慰說」抨擊，昨豬哥亮則是自責：「劇組是被我害的，我說過不參加三金頒獎典禮，不入圍也不可惜，是我得罪人！」

2011年7月，原本華視建議找豬哥亮出席台北電影節，但傳出主辦單位認為他分量不足意願不高，讓豬大為光火：「哪有一個人水準那麼低，說我分量不夠，這件事讓我很傷心！也不應這樣糟蹋我。」並宣告從此不參加三金。
