台電說十月份電價漲定了, 還說如果電價不漲的話, 台電會倒閉!  這是甚麼東東? 分明是在威脅我們小老百姓嘛! 為什麼他們虧損, 還每年發那麼多年終獎金, 然後再調漲電價以彌補他們的虧損?  
 
現在甚麼都漲, 就是薪水沒漲, 小老百姓的生活愈來愈困苦! 據我所知, 平日很多人都以泡麵ˋ麵包ˋ餅乾裹腹. (近日麵包又驗出含有化學香精, 不能吃了!) 甚至有的人夜晚十二點左右會守在便利超商的門口, 為的就是等店員把過期的食物ˋ飲料下架. 他們認為食物ˋ飲料即使超過有效期限半天, 仍然可以食用. (例如有效期限到十月十日晚上十二點, 但是他們覺得在十月十一日的上午或中午以前, 超商煮過或冰過的東西應該還OK, 還沒有變質或腐壞).  所以, 當夜剩餘的茶葉蛋ˋ玉蜀黍ˋ甜不辣ˋ貢丸ˋ魚丸ˋ油豆腐…. (含湯), 以及麵包ˋ蛋糕ˋ便當….等, 偶而會有人拿回去食用. 為什麼我會知道? 因為我自己就曾經吃過.  有一次, 我們熟識的一位婦女 (她得了乳癌, 平日在做資源回收, 以賺取微薄的收入, 養兩個在學的兒子) 她從便利商店拿到了 "免費食物",  就來和我們一起分享. 她給我的是一盒前一天的便當, 我把它加熱以後, 竟也吃得津津有味!

【綜合報導】眼前濃妝豔抹、衣著性感的女子，竟然只有10歲！現就讀小學四年級的深野雛，日前獲邀出席綜藝節目，大談化妝經及分享模特兒生活，令不少大人大吃一驚。

年紀輕輕的深野雛，染一頭金髮、塗黑色指甲油，一拿起化妝品，便可熟練塗上胭脂水粉，光看衣著打扮，她比30歲的媽媽更成熟、妝也更厚。

深野雛除是學生外，還是雜誌的模特兒，以及童裝品牌BANANA CHIPS御用模特兒，更不時出席時裝活動，舉手投足氣勢十足。

深野雛的媽媽表示，只要女兒是認真努力的話，就會全力支持，但不少網友認為，小朋友過於早熟不是好事。

【陳慜蔚／台北報導】中國通信企業協會會長暨工信部副部長劉利華昨赴鴻海土城總部參觀後，今於「海峽兩岸高新產業投資與合作研討會暨採購洽談會」中場休息時接受採訪透露，今晚將再與鴻海交流。
 
由於鴻海積極佈局通訊網路等相關業務，因此今晚交流內容是否涉及相關投資合作案也備受關注，不過劉利華對此不願再多作說明。
 
此次來台參加採購洽談會並參訪台灣企業，劉利華指出，兩岸企業確實有許多可以合作的地方。而被問及預估哪一個產業將是今年採購或合作重點，他樂觀說：「相信每一項都會很高。」
 
隨著兩岸互動日益頻繁，劉利華也樂觀期待，採購金額「將一次比一次好。」

馬總統上午對著百餘位接受軍人節表達的國軍官兵表示，國軍不要因為洪仲丘這項個案，就懷憂喪志，產生挫折感，國軍救災的身影普受好評，證明軍人仍然是安定民心的真正力量。但馬總統也明白表示，國防部的募兵工作，確實受到洪仲丘案影響，但影響並不大，但他堅持，無論有無受到洪案影響，都要把募兵制做好，他允諾政府會儘可能逐步增加國防預算，投入更多資源，打造一支能怔慣戰的精兵。

馬總統上午出席「民國102年軍人節暨全民國防教育日」表揚活動，他以近半小時時間，談及洪仲丘案後國軍各方面的改革，同時也下達募兵要成功，兵力必須進一步精簡的命令。

【晏明強／台北報導】總統馬英九今天上午出席慶祝102年軍人節暨全民國防教育日表揚大會，由於洪仲丘案重創國軍形象、士氣，馬英九致詞時細數國軍在救災、衛國等重大貢獻。
 
馬英九表示，洪案雖使國軍聲譽、形象受傷害，但危機也是轉機，7月下旬開始，國軍也已展開包括管教申訴、士官制度，及軍法與司法體系合併等一系列重大改革，馬強調，藉這個機會把一些不合理的制度、不當作法掃除，也不失是一個讓國軍「浴火重生」的機會。

馬英九說，政府是以非常坦率、誠懇的態度來面對外界質疑，因為唯有如此才能讓人民恢復對國軍的信賴。他強調，國軍從全世界的角度來看，國軍的素質是很高的，起碼都有高中的教育，甚至是大學教育，且絕大多數都是奉公守法的，在崗位上努力奮鬥，我們不要因一個個案就對國軍失去信心，國軍也不要因一個個案（洪仲丘案）就「懷憂喪志」。
 
馬英九勉勵國軍，大家過去經歷的風暴、打擊太多了，從來沒有一次被擊倒過，這次也不要因為這一個案就產生挫折感。

【黃揚明／台北報導】綠委陳節如、民間監督健保聯盟召集人黃淑英、發言人滕西華上午舉行記者會爆料，指衛生福利部食品藥物管理署今年初清查國內GMP藥廠，發現有3841品項不符規定，其中包括「應做生體相等性（BE）試驗而未做」，但食管署竟沒要求相關藥品下架，還在3月28日發文通知廠商若上市5年沒有重大嚴重不良反應或療效不等事件發生，可以臨床報告取代BE試驗報告，形同就地合法。

陳節如指出，食管署要求2009年1月1日以前製造販售的藥品可以期臨床經驗取代BE報告，之後製造販售的藥品則要在103年底前完成，卻未要求停止販售。「這是藥品安全大黑洞，形同把全民當成白老鼠！」

黃淑英質疑，不知道食管署5年的標準從哪裡來？「難道違章建築蓋了5年，就可以就地合法嗎？」滕西華指出，BE試驗是指原廠藥過專利期後，在學名藥上市前，要找健康的人服用藥品後，測試血液中有無藥品成分，等於是藥品品質基本門票，藥品沒做BE「是比食品安全更嚴重的事，因為食品可以選擇，藥品不能選擇！」

食管署藥品組組長鄒玫君回應，這些藥品上市前都已執行過BE，但因上市後變更賦形劑成分，食管署擔心療效有疑慮，才會要求廠商重新做BE，目前清查約95％藥品療效無疑慮，剩下的藥品會進一步評估，並在一個月內舉辦專家會議進行風險效益評估。

依照歷史經驗，9月是全年度股市相對較為震盪月份。據Bloomberg統計資料顯示，過去30年期間，道瓊指數9月份下跌的機率近6成，最大跌幅曾達12.25%。康和投顧指出，今年9月市場變數較多，在Fed QE退場計畫、美國預算審查、德國國會大選及敘利亞戰爭等干擾下，預期9月份市場將呈現震盪格局。

今年以來，美國經濟呈現明顯復甦狀態。不過，康和投顧認為，QE政策實施後改變全球投資市場，創造股債雙市雙贏局面，債市有央行收購支撐，股市則受惠於企業獲利佳提升股價，市場瀰漫一片倚賴QE的氣氛，面對QE即將退場的變數，在美國經濟上漲動能仍不穩定的情況下，未來將出現股債市同步修正的現象。

【王中聖／金門報導】離島金門因車輛成長快速及停車場興建問題長期未解決，致金城鎮民生路等交通要道時常出現違規、併排停放的亂象。今開學首日警察局增派同仁馬拉松式站崗執勤讓民生路出現難得的乾淨景象，但警局坦言開單勸導治標不治本，希望縣府能加速停車場興建及路邊收費機制以解決民怨。今日上午許多家長送小孩進學校出來後發現擋風玻璃前多了一張「違規取締單」，紛紛上網開砲「警察不近人情、縣府連停車場都無力處理」，也有人認為交通太亂了，本來就應該這樣做了。

金門縣警局長蔡耀坤說，許多被開單車子多因停留時間過久，執法難免有陣痛期，希望鄉親諒解。對停車場拖了好幾年遲遲未興建，縣府觀光處長楊鎮浯強調，目前會先讓路邊停車收費機制上路，「提高停車格使用週轉率也遏止部分車主全天候佔著停車位的問題」。

　　現在 Google 眼鏡又多了新功能了，意外地揭開穿戴式裝置的特殊應用方式。美國 Web 應用開發公司 IcedDev 的創始人 Blaine Bublitz 開發了一款用在 Google 眼鏡的應用程式，使用者可以透過 Google 眼鏡的擺動來控制飛機的飛行方向。

遙控飛機起飛時讓現場所有人驚呼連連

　　Bublitz 表示，開發這個軟體是為了參加 Nodebots Day 年度大會，最初開發的是應用在有輪子的機器人身上，後來增加使用手把控制轉向的功能，但是發現當頭部擺動時眼睛無法看到機器人，所以才把控制目標改成遙控飛機。他改利用一款名叫 Face 的軟體，透過該程式的 WebSocket 協議廣播傳感器數據讓 Google 眼鏡模擬成手把控制器。只要左右轉投就可以控制飛機轉向，起飛降落則可以使用 Google 眼鏡原有的按鈕來控制。

　　目前 Blaine Bublitz 在個人的部落格上公布了詳細的程式碼，讓其他開發者也能用 Google 眼鏡來控制遙控飛機。

【謝岱穎／綜合報導】8月24日晚上10點23分，義大犀牛總教練徐生明因心肌梗塞過世，就在他離開的第7天，義大將士用命，初登板洋投尼克前6局無失分，終結者強克在1.1局的投球從158公里、159公里到160公里，連破3次最快球速紀錄，而攻下3打點、拿下單場MVP(Most Valuable Player，最有價值球員)的捕手林琨笙說：「今天是我今年第一次拿MVP，很遺憾沒有在徐總還在的時候拿給他看。」終場義大以5比3擊敗Lamigo桃猿，拿下徐總過世後的首勝。

碰上速球派的洋投捍力士，林琨笙在2局上敲深遠二壘打，率先攻下2分，8局上Lamigo追到只落後1分時，他又補上安打攻下第5分，2支安打都打在球隊最需要的時刻，在徐總頭七的這一天終於拿下本季個人首座單場MVP。
