【張博亭／台北報導】一名中年男子突然隨地大小便，還被詐騙集團拐走1500萬元，家人一度懷疑是中邪，經檢查才知他罹患失智症，他的妻子劉慧芳今在一場失智症研討會中難過的說，大家對失智認識不夠，這個病應該要像飯前洗手、飯後漱口的觀念一樣被廣泛宣導。  

台灣失智症協會在這場研討會中指，國人平均每1000人中有6人得失智症，65歲以上更是每百人中約5人患此症，台灣已邁入老年化社會；衛福部護理及健康照護司司長鄧素文今也在現場表示，國人確實應更加重視失智症問題，政府將持續關切。

【大紀元2013年09月09日訊】 （大紀元記者郭惠報導）中共十八大三中全會即將在11月召開。據港媒報導稱，8月15日，中共中央辦公廳、國務院辦公廳下達有關「排除阻力和干擾」的紅頭文件。

薄案庭審後，中共高層分裂公開化，權力搏擊在庭外延續。薄案最後宣判仍沒消息；「絞殺周永康」一直風聲不斷，搏擊延續到曾慶紅；各派都在對外釋放消息，試圖影響時局。

有分析稱，中共三中全會在政局搖晃欲墜之際召開，前景實在不妙。中共政治局正要求各下級「排除阻力」，不過，其面對的高層內幕矛盾及掩蓋的薄案真相才是將中南海推至火山口的真正原因，似乎今年已注定將是一個多事之秋。

港媒：中共自稱有三大阻力和五大干擾

據香港《爭鳴》9月號報導，中共自稱對「三中全會」有影響的三大阻力概括有：影響阻礙社會健康發展體制傷的「頑症痼疾」；上層停滯不前的思維；部份高中級幹部主觀意志凌駕黨紀等。

「五大干擾」其中包括，社會上出現的建制內部極左和極右兩股思潮、勢力非正常展開紛爭、挑起事端；中共黨政部門，包括司法系統和所在地方民眾關係處於不信任、不正常狀態，易引發社會群體事件及抗爭事件頻發；由於內外因素，如：失業率高企、物價通脹、醫療、教育等社會保障存在的問題得不到紓緩、解決而引發事件等。

薄案仍未宣判

8月26日，海內外連續數日關注的薄案庭審在薄熙來的荒誕翻供表演中收場。已經接近兩週的時間過去，但是中共對此仍未作出判決，顯示此案對中共高層的頭痛程度。

此次審薄案，高層兩派人馬仍在掩蓋最關鍵的真相——活摘與政變，以至於薄熙來的罪名一縮再縮，最後變成了貪污、受賄和濫權。薄因此而肆無忌憚玩弄中共高層，把公審變成鬧劇。這也是當局想要矇混過關心態的必然結果。

薄案向世界公開展示了中共高層的分裂。薄熙來抓住最高當局的保黨軟肋拒絕認罪，與現任對抗到底，這種你死我活的態勢已成必然，導致中國政局更加動盪。

習近平和江澤民陣營互拋周永康消息

濟南中院連續5天的薄案庭審結束後，庭外中共高層權力搏擊仍在延續。「周永康被軟禁」、「中紀委已經成立了處理周永康事件的專案組」等消息不斷傳出，「絞殺周永康」一直風聲不斷。

9月2日，《蘋果日報》等港媒援引消息指，中共中紀委已經開始執行北戴河會議決議，對前政治局常委進行專案調查。目前，前政治局常委、中央政法委書記周永康已經被軟禁。但是此消息沒有得到中共方面的證實。

薄熙來庭審全盤翻供的當天和第二天（8月26、27日），中紀委、國資委先後披露王永春等中石油四名高管接受審查的消息，兩天之內中石油四個高管落馬，引發輿論震動。

9月1日上午，中共中紀委宣佈，正部級的國務院國資委主任、原中石油集團公司董事長蔣潔敏涉嫌「嚴重違紀」，目前正接受組織調查。蔣被抓也意味著中石油知名的「勝利系」全線坍塌。周永康在中石油系統的心腹幾乎都被抓。

當周永康猶如困獸之際，江派在近期又利用海外媒體放風稱，周永康近期只是「協助當局進行調查」，不會有事。

（中央社記者林宏翰台中8日電）中華隊今天在世界盃青棒錦標賽季軍戰1比6敗給古巴隊，以第4名作收；藍文成賽後宣布將卸下總教練職務，沉澱再出發。

中華隊參加世界盃青棒錦標賽，在預賽以4勝1敗晉級6強；複賽先敗給古巴、美國，昨天贏南韓，今天中午與古巴爭季軍，打擊熄火、投手無法壓制，以1比6吞敗。

藍文成在球員時代效力於中華職棒三商虎隊，1997年退役之後投入基層棒運，2003年起擔任桃園平鎮高中青棒隊總教練。

藍文成在2011年帶領中華隊參加世界盃青少棒賽得第5名，2012年、2013年參加世界盃青棒錦標賽，得第3名、第4名。

藍文成今天賽後表示，已經連續3年帶領中華隊，這次沒有達成預期目標打進冠軍賽，需要時間沉澱一下，之後再出發。

藍文成說他將繼續在平鎮高中服務，但是總教練的職務將交棒給年輕一輩，「未來有機會再帶領中華隊，還是會繼續努力，爭取最佳成績」。1020908

施明德是在出席台灣民主基金會活動受訪時說，總統馬英九當機立斷作決定，更應該要求檢察官、恐龍法官反省，他們已經台灣公害之一了，「這些事情是兩面的，我沒也幫王院長講話，要這麼快速指控一個人、馬先生就要快速果斷的做，有沒有思考，檢察官繼續濫權起訴、上訴，你要怎麼辦？正義不是片面的，公理也不是只站在權力的一方。」
