標題[徵求] 有人要吃餅乾嗎？

http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM5/8140967.shtml 【聯合報╱記者綦守鈺、修瑞瑩／台南報導】 台南孔廟又出狀況了！昨天下午進行樹木移除作業時，大型吊車卡在「全台首學」的大門 中間，進退不得，僅差3公分就擦撞古蹟，許多民眾路過驚訝，「又不是在演變形金剛」 ，質疑相關單位對待古蹟「太粗魯」。 一名文資保護官員私下批評孔廟文化基金會的做法「太瞎」，認為樹木移除作業會影響古 蹟，過程中必須特別小心謹慎，相關的動線都要審慎評估，但把大型機具車輛，擠過全台 首學的大門，實在不可思議。 台南孔廟昨雇請吊車處理老樹，下午約1點時，吊車要從全台首學大門離開時，故障拋錨 無法動彈，雖未波及古蹟，但吊車卡在門中間，車身與古蹟間距不到3公分，路過民眾直 呼不可思議，包商後來出動大型拖車，才把吊車拖出來，前後花兩個多小時。民眾質疑為 何大型車輛進出時，未在古蹟上加裝任何防護措施，「若吊車把古門撞毀該如何是好」。 孔廟文化基金會執行長潘元正則表示，以往都是使用大型吊車將吊車，從正門吊進園區內 ，但他認為這樣相當危險，才會使用6噸大小的吊車，從正門進出，若在門邊加裝泡棉等 防護措施，因為車與門的距離太小，車輛就無法進出，「這只是一個車輛拋錨的意外事件 。」 台南市文化資產管理處表示，古蹟整修必須報文化部核准，過程與相關的動線都要比一般 建物整修更注意，孔廟的作業雖然不是整修古蹟，但如因此毀損古蹟，依照文化資產保存 法，相關的單位與人員都必須負起行政與刑法上的責任。 孔廟最近風波不斷，繼老樹壓垮禮門，造成古蹟毀損，之後又發生基金會移除前方枯死的 老樹時，作業不當，斷裂的樹幹砸毀泮池，兩百年的古碑碎裂，上周再發生老樹坍倒，昨 要移除老樹，又發生吊車卡在古蹟大門中間的「奇觀」。 台南市文史工作者對於不斷出現的亂象，覺得錯愕，「以前從沒發生的事都發生了」，認 為孔廟雖然改組為文化基金會，但並未交由專家處理，「讓外行胡搞古蹟」，一連串脫序 行為，貽笑大方。 -- 內有影音，做事整個感覺超差。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.173.169.207
